Step 1. Cleanse
Foaming Cleanser + (AM and PM)

Step 2. Exfoliate and/or Hydration Masque

A moisturising cleanser containing ingredients derived from coconut oil, known for its moisturising and skin protection properties, is essential in combating dryness and dehydration.

Hyaluronic acid is an excellent moisture source for both dry and dehydrated skin. Each molecule can hold 1,000 times its weight in water. Hyaluronic acid is a scientifically researched super-strength hydrating ingredient. 


Ceramides are another recommended skincare ingredient to look for when treating dry or dehydrated skin. These fatty acids make up almost 50% of the skin’s outer layer and help to form a protective barrier that locks in moisture, keeping skin hydrated. 

Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) , a powerful antioxidant increases the production of ceramides in the skin, hydrates and plumps while strengthening the skin barrier function making it less vulnerable to water loss.

Using an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) exfoliant will clean away debris and dead skin build up to reveal glowing skin. Lactic Acid is the most gentle (and effective) AHA to do just this with the bonus that it attracts moisture while it works to double your glow!

Other ingredients for dryness and dehydration include omega 3 fatty acids, peptides, resveratrol and coenzyme Q10.
