Orders within Australia are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receipt, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery times typically vary between 2 to 10 business days, depending on your state or territory destination.
Please note that during peak trading periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

New Zealand
Orders to New Zealand are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receipt, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All New Zealand orders are shipped with Australia Post International. Delivery times typically vary between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that during peak trading periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

At this time, Mx Skincare ships within Australia and to New Zealand only.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is designed to give first-time customers the confidence to begin their Mx Skincare journey.
To be eligible:
1. The request must be made within 30 days of purchase
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
2. The product must be purchased directly from Mx Skincare
The guarantee applies only to purchases made through the official Mx Skincare website.
Refunds are based on the price you paid for at time of purchase.
3. The guarantee is for first-time purchases
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a product only.
4. One claim per product
Only one money back guarantee claim may be made per product.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable
Refunds apply to the eligible product purchase price only and do not include shipping costs/delivery charges.
6. Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
7. Bundle, routine, or set purchases may be adjusted accordingly
If the product was purchased as part of a routine, solution, bundle, or set, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the item’s proportional purchase value.
8. Returned items must meet eligibility requirements
Mx Skincare reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions of this guarantee, including requests for empty products or products that are less than half full.
9. Australian Consumer Law
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How It Works
1. Email our concierge team
Contact customercare@mxskincare.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return request.
2. We review your request
Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or general returns process.
3. Return instructions are provided
If approved, we will send you the return instructions needed to send the product back to us. All return postage will be at your own cost. You will also assume any risk of damage, theft or loss of goods during transit, so we highly recommend sending your parcel via registered post.
4. Your refund is processed
Once the returned product has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
