Domestic Shipping Policy
Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends).
We ship Express with Australia Post, and delivery times vary between 2 - 7 days. Please be aware that during peak trading times, your order may take longer to be delivered.

At present we ship only within Australia.


REFUND POLICY
We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 days of receipt of the product, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
Return products by Recorded Delivery - Up to 14 working days.
Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds, we will reimburse you using your original payment method.
